This song is pure joy to hear still to this day and is one of the best remakes ever.
I heard the original for the first time and I find it very underwhelming. I don't like Dolly Parton's voice much at all but the guy in the song had an alright voice.
Anyway, this song was also written by Dolly Parton which the lyrics, I approve of, especially when Whitney sings them.
She really does work magic on this track and it's one of my absolute favorites by her.
Call me crazy but I think for her comeback she should do a commercial advertising some product but singing her ballad UNTIL YOU COME BACK from her MY LOVE IS YOUR LOVE album. I love it and I can even picture the video and what she should be wearing in it.
Anyway, great, classic track.
